THE WISDOM OF SILENCE IN YOUR INTERIOR

THE WISDOM OF SILENCE IN YOUR INTERIOR

Speaking just as necessary.
Think what you will say before you open your mouth.
Be brief and precise because every time you let out
a word, let it out of your energy.

It reflects your Creator in every word

Do not make promises but if ten aspirations

Do not complain and do not use in your vocabulary
words to project negative images,
because they occur around you all
you've made your words
charged with that energy.

If you have nothing useful to say good
                                                    is better to say nothing.

Be humble,
because the more you show up,
smart and arrogant, the more you become
prisoner of your own image and live
in a world of tension and illusions.

Be austere and solemn, preserves your personal life,
and leads a simple life
turning you invisible as the Tao.

Do not compete with others,
Become like the land that feeds us,
that gives us what we need.
The competitive spirit makes the ego grow
and inevitably creates conflicts.

Have confidence in yourself,
preserves your inner peace
avoiding provocation enter
and other traps.

Do not compromise easily.
If you act in haste,
without deep awareness of the situation,
you will create complications.
People have no confidence in those
very easily say "yes",
because they know that famous "yes"
not solid and lacks value.

Take a moment of inner silence
to consider everything that is presented
and then make your decision.
This develops confidence
in yourself and wisdom.

If there is anything you do not know,
or do not have the answer to the question
you have done, accept it.
The not knowing is very uncomfortable
for the ego because he likes to know everything,
always right and always give your opinion
very personal.
Actually the ego knows nothing,
simply does believe he knows.

Prevents the fact judging and criticizing,
Tao is impartial and non-judgmental,
not criticize people,
has infinite compassion
and knows no duality.
Each time you judge someone
all you do is express
your personal opinion
and a waste of energy,
is pure noise.
Judging is a way to hide
own weaknesses.

The sage tolerates everything
and not say a word.
Remember that everything that bothers you
other is a projection of all
I still have not resolved in yourself.

Help solve the problems of others
and focus your energy on transforming your own life.

Take care of yourself, do not defend.

When you try to defend yourself,
you're actually making too
importance to the words of others
and give more strength to its aggression.

If you accept the not defend
're showing that the views
of others does not affect you,
they are simply opinions
and you do not need to convince
others to be happy.

Your inner silence makes you impassive.
Make regular fasting for the word
to re-educate the ego that has much
habit of talking all the time.

Practice the art of not talking.
Take one day a week
to refrain from speaking.
Or at least a few hours in the day.
As permitted your personal organization.

This is an excellent way to learn
and learn the world of unlimited Tao
rather than explain in words
What is the Tao.

Art will develop progressively
talking without speaking
and your true inner nature
replace your artificial personality,
revealing thus the light of your heart
and power of the wisdom of silence.

Thank you attract this force
you need to realize yourself
and free yourself completely.

But beware
that the ego does not interfere.
The power remains when the ego
remain calm and silent.
If your ego takes over and abused
of this power, the same power
will become poison, and your whole being
is poison quickly.

Stay silent,
cultivate your own inner power.

Respect the lives of others
and all that exists in the world.

Do not try to force, manipulate
and control others.

Be your own master
and let others be what they are,
or which are able to be.

In other words,
lives following the sacred life of Tao.
